Halloween 2010 {Williamsburg Children's Photographer}

For fun I hosted a Goblins Halloween shoot for a few friends and their babies. I haven't had the opportunity to work with many little ones (other than my own) and figured how better to get "in the know" than by throwing myself to the wolves!!

I set up a Halloween theme studio and had Mom bring the little ones in one at a time. We have a happy group of babies so it went amazingly well... Some smiles had to be coaxed but others came naturally, and since I have no problem making a complete fool out of myself for a baby smile, it all worked out! I definitely learned a thing or two about shooting little ones and look forward to more photo-shoot fun with all the 1 year birthday parties coming up soon (hint hint). *grin*

Sicilian Amici {Sicily, Italy Photographer}

The Umayam Family moved to Sicily just as we were preparing to leave but not before I could get some Family Pictures at Pucci's Farm.  The textures here are amazing, there simply isn't a more beautiful location in Sicily!!

The boys are completely adorable, wouldn't you agree?? Heck the whole Family is Completely Adorable!!! Mom and Dad wanted pictures to show off their awesome tattoos, so I did my best to place them so they'd have center stage.

To coax out the smiles and get the boys interested, I had my wonderful assistant (aka my husband) hide now-a-laters in secret spots in the Olive Grove and then sent the boys on a treasure hunt. The outcome was terrific. I'm definitely going to keep a bag of candy in my camera case at all times!!! What Fun!!

THE END!!

Botanical Gardens {Toledo Family Photographer}

The Rieman Family is, well... Family!! They asked that I take some family snaps for them on a recent trip to Ohio. Despite the fact that I was going through the first trimester *Blehs* it was a fantastic day exploring the Toledo Botanical Gardens. We spent hours running through the park playing hide-n-go seek and singing silly songs. A perfect day spent with the ones you love.

Seaside {Virginia Beach Family Photographer}

This was my first shoot post baby, it's been almost a year since I've done work other than pictures of my son, so needless to say I was nervous beyond measure. This was the perfect shoot to get me back in the game. I'm honored and proud to take portraits for such a loving and beautiful family, not to mention fantastic friends.

I've known the "L" Fam for what seems a lifetime. You know the kind, no matter how long or how far apart, you pick up right where you left off and the stories from back in the day always go great with an icy cold beer!! Is there a better kind of family friend? I think not...

Those Smiles are infectious!!!
